Check in Policy

1. Refundable cash security deposit of RM200 per unit will be collected upon check in for Caravan & Glamping. RM 50 deposit for campground rental.
2. Check-in time is 3.00 pm and check-out time is 12.00 noon.
3. Early check-ins are subject to availability.
4. We accept payment online bank transfers, credit card/debit card.
5. No Pets Allowed.
6. Guests are required to present a passport or identification card and booking confirmation voucher during check-in for registration purposes.
7. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

     — Late check out after 12.15pm : RM 100 per hour (Latest till 2pm)

     — Additional pax for glamping tent/ Caravan : RM100 per pax (with BBQ, Breakfast & Sleeping bag), kids below 6 stay for free

Damage and Refuse Accommodation

1. Stellar Golden Hill reserve the right to charge accordingly if any damage caused by the guest to our belonging accordingly to our price list. 
2. Guests shall take all reasonable and proper care of the property and its furniture, fittings, and effects in or on the property and leave them in the same state of condition as at the commencement of the stay period.
3. Stellar Golden Hill will not in any way whatsoever be responsible for any loss or damage to the Guest’s belonging.
4. Stellar Golden Hill enforces a strict policy on reported noise complaints from all guests between 11pm—7am. No excessive noise or loud music will be tolerated at any time. Violation of quiet time rules will result in immediate expulsion from the camp ground, without a refund.
5. Outside food is allowed, guests have the responsibility to clean up the place and dispose of the rubbish before check-out. Failure to do so will result in a RM100 cleaning fee imposed by the management.
6. Smoking is prohibited in all the enclosed areas within the Caravans, tents, and reception office.A RM100 non-refundable cleaning fee will be imposed on the guest if they violate the smoking ban in any prohibited area.
7. If full payment is not made 14 days prior to check-in, Stellar Eco Venture reserves the right to cancel the booking without prior notice.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation, Amendment, Refund

1. Postponement or amendment of stay, or change of check-in date, can only be made up to 14 days prior to the scheduled check-in date.
2. All refunds will be subject to a 8% processing fee based on the actual booking amount.
3. Any cancellations, amendments, or postponements within 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will not be allowed, regardless of the reason. No refunds will be granted within 14 days prior to check-in.
4. If you are unable to proceed with your trip, you may find a replacement guest. However, you must inform us of the new guest’s details. Failure to provide the replacement guest’s details may result in the booking not being honored.
5. In the event of a no-show on your scheduled check-in date, you will be charged for the full amount of your stay.
6. Cancellation, amendment, postponement, or any form of booking alteration/modification for a confirmed booking must be submitted in writing via email to stellareko@gmail.com. This process is essential to avoid misunderstandings and will serve as proof. Our team will respond during office hours (9 AM ~ 6 PM).
7. Refunds will be processed within approximately 14 working days and will incur a 8% processing fee based on the actual booking amount. 

Safety and Disclaimer

1. Disclaimer form is compulsory to be filled by all guest with no exceptions during check-in.
2. Participation in activities such as, hiking, cycling, walking on the property and any other activity on the property is the responsibility of the Guest and is done so at their own risk.
3. Stellar Golden Hill accept no liability for accident, loss of property or personal injury whilst on your stay.
